Bamboo Animation Background Works

The first collection of works by Bamboo, an animation background production company that handles background art for many masterpieces such as “Ghost in the Shell ARISE”, “Sword Art Online”, “Penguin Highway”, “The Eccentric Family”, and “GREAT PRETENDER”!

Approximately 500 background images selected from masterpieces of various genres such as science fiction, everyday things, and fantasy are included. From the early works of Bamboo to recent works, it is a collection of 15 years of history.

Part 1 introduces 12 works drawn using standard background expressions. You can enjoy the difference in style for each work by using colors and contrasting.
Part 2 introduces 6 works of background expression customized for each work, such as watercolor / ink painting touch, graphical and unique one with strong design. You can enjoy a variety of styles through techniques that use contour lines and differences in touch strength.
