A picture book by Ryoji Arai, a popular Japanese picture book writer, depicting the joy of living.

A small mountain village, a lively city where many people and cars come and go, and a land full of colorful plants. At each location, the children who are welcoming the morning open windows at the beginning of a new day.

The casual daily life of waking up and opening the window in the morning and the natural scenery that spreads out of the window. However, it is a book that gently reminds us that there is a joy of living and a certain hope in the repetition of everyday life.
