This is the second picture book about food by the popular illustration unit “Harapekomegane” with a live atmosphere. This time, the theme is “frying”.
With realistic and sizzling pictures and unique onomatopoeic words, familiar dishes look even more delicious in this new standard of picture books about food. Dynamic illustrations depict the sound of “frying” delicious fried foods such as kakiage, croquettes, and tonkatsu.

After graduating from the Department of Design, Kyoto Seika University in 2005, they became independent as an illustrator after working as a graphic designer. Formed Harapekomegane in 2011.
They are widely active on the theme of “food and people”.
