Yusuke Yoshino
He was born in Tokyo in 1954 and is a marine photographer who loves the sea and its creatures.
He heads the Yusuke Yoshino Photo Office. In 1982, he began his career as a freelance marine photographer. He has covered the seas of approximately 80 countries, including expeditions to Syria as part of the underwater still photography team for NHK’s “Sea Silk Road.”
In 2009, he traveled around Japan in a camper van, spending more than half of the year diving into the sea and has specialized in still photography for over three decades.
His sharp and artistic photos have garnered a large fan base. He has been active in a wide range of fields, including photo books, reference books, children’s books, magazines, and advertisements.
