The 4500 pieces “disappeared street corners” of Tokyo that Mineo Kato continued to shoot are edited for each ward of Tokyo. The third volume is “Chiyoda Ward”.
Includes a map of the ward divisions and a map of the Tokyo Metropolitan Electric Railway system (1963 edition) used at the time the photographs were taken. A current map with plotted locations is also included.

Born in Tokyo in 1929. While he worked for a publishing company, he strolled around Tokyo and wrote reportage on newspapers. He died in 2004.
