New Complete Master Kanji – Japanese Language Proficiency Test N4

This is a textbook aimed at preparing for JLPT N4-level kanji while also developing practical kanji usage skills for daily life.

In the “Skill-Building Section,” learners study 278 kanji (186 of which include writing practice) over 15 sessions. The “Skill Tests” (2 sets) provide a final review by solving questions in the same format as the JLPT.

In the “Skill-Building Section,” learners read short texts about the Nguyen family, who came from Vietnam, and learn how to read and write the kanji used in the vocabulary within the text. By associating kanji with the vocabulary in the text, learners gain an understanding of how kanji is used in practice, leading to improved usage skills.

The N4-level kanji vocabulary being studied includes English and Vietnamese translations.
