The book includes detailed breakdowns of a variety of medieval (4th to 17th century), european armour and weapons, which lay the groundwork for designing your own fantasy armour and weapons. There are also some stockphotos for reference and a chapter about horses. The book includes the scientific terms for all objects and their individual parts, as well as some fun facts and historical background information. I recommend it to everyone, who wants to understand armour and weapons and/or wants to design a knight, paladin, armoured warrior etc.
