Author profile
Eisaku Kubonouchi
Debuted in 1986 with “OKAPPIKI EIJI” published in “Weekly Shonen Sunday” (Shogakukan). He was an assistant to Kazuhiko Shimamoto for a while. He was mainly active in seinen manga magazines, but gradually fell into a slump in drawing manga. He broke his body in 2010 and once declared the cartoonist closed.
He continued to paint, so he published on Twitter. From 2014, work began to come in through Twitter, and he is engaged in activities that go beyond the boundaries of manga, such as illustration, commercials, and character design. He draws sketches with pencils and colors them with Copic, sticking to analog painting methods.
