Kohei Horikoshi
Born in 1986 in Aichi Prefecture.
In 2006, received an Honorable Mention in the 72nd Tezuka Award for “Nukegara.”
In 2007, made a one-shot debut with “Tenko,” published in “Akamaru Jump 2007 SUMMER.”
The following year, “Boku no Hero” was published in “Akamaru Jump 2008 WINTER.”
In 2010, made a serialization debut in “Weekly Shonen Jump” with “Oumagadoki Zoo.”
In 2012, serialized “Sensei no Bulge” in “Weekly Shonen Jump,” followed by the serialization of “My Hero Academia” from issue 32 of 2014 to the combined issue 36/37 of 2024.
