Tahsin –
Very happy to see lots of stunning background images. Avoid this book if you want to see lots of character images as you will only see a small picture of Hodaka and Hina near the end of the book. Can’t read any of the Japanese text, but this didn’t matter to me. Previously purchased The Art of Makoto Shinkai: A Sky Longing for Memories with English text, which already went into great detail about art production. The thin slipcase is flimsy, but still keeps the book straight in the bookshelf. Surprisingly quick delivery from Japanese Creative Bookstore. Very impressed with their service.
