After working at Hiroshi Awatsuji Design Room and Plants Associates, founded KMD Inc. in 2002. Specializes in sign planning for architectural spaces, spatial graphic planning, and color planning. Recipient of numerous awards including the Grand Prize of the Japan Sign Design Award (SDA Award), the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award, the same Gold Prize, the Red Dot Design Award, the IIID Award, and the Good Design Award.
