Eita Shinohara
Born in Tokyo in 1927.
Worked as a designer at TBS Television from its inception, creating numerous title designs.
Recipient of the Commercial Broadcasting Television Title Design Excellence Award and the Gold Prize for Animation at the Commercial Broadcasting Festival.
In 1999, received the 7th Hashida Award, given to programs and individuals who have contributed to broadcasting culture. Served as a board member, director, and president of the Japan Typography Association.
Recipient of the 10th Keinosuke Sato Award.
Involved in educational activities for a long time, and in 2004, received the Social Education Contributor Award from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. Passed away in 2023.
