Loving breads rooted in the regions that Minori Kai met while traveling around the country. Includes more than 500 nostalgic and unique “local breads”, including familiar breads such as red bean bread, white bread, and melon bread, as well as specialty breads that exist only in that area!
Renewal version of the 2016 issue of “Local Bread Techo” (currently out of print).
After 7 years of local bread research and collection, the number of breads posted, the number of pages, and the thickness of the book have more than doubled!
Even those who already have “Local Bread Techo” will definitely enjoy it even more.
