In 2001, she began designing kimono footwear inspired by her experience editing the kimono book “KIMONO Hime.”
Subsequently, she started creating a full range of items including tabi (socks), kimono, and obi.
She travels around the world, designing fabrics inspired by what she finds during her travels, using a Mac to create the designs and producing the fabrics through inkjet printing.
Since 2010, she has primarily focused on overseas activities, holding numerous solo and group exhibitions.
