Also , be sure to use google lens or DeepL to translate and read.As for japanese carving knives, one such provider of japanese carving knives is Michihamono, but they tend to be on the more costly side. I would recommend looking for japanese carving knives on sites such as ebay.
And to be sure to pay attention to the knives suggested in the book, as these will be necessary to complete these projects. You will also need a way to keep your knives honed.
