A Japanese painter and a member of the Nihon Bijutsuin.
Born in Tokyo in 1964.
Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Painting, Department of Japanese Painting in 1987.
In 1989, he completed the master’s course at the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, Tokyo University of the Arts (Japanese painting).
In 1997, he won the 82nd Revival Exhibition Japan Art Academy Prize (Great Viewing).
In 1998, he received the 17th Nihon Bijutsuin Scholarship (Seison Maeda Award).
1999 Reconstruction 84th Institution Exhibition Received the Japan Art Academy Prize (Great Viewing).
2000 Recommended by Nihon Bijutsuin.
In 2008, he supplemented the first biography at Enryakuji Hieizan Gyoin and was awarded the work of the Four Prayogas.
Received the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award at the 97th Reconstruction Exhibition in 2012.
Received the Prime Minister’s Award at the 101st Reconstruction Exhibition in 2016.
