This book follows the process of 45 projects realized by architect Shigeru Ban from concept to construction based on blueprints, photos, and explanations.

Over the past 35 years, Shigeru Ban Architectural Design has brought innovation in wooden architecture, creating spaces that resonate with the senses and benefiting the individuals who use those spaces, the communities they serve, and the global environment.

More than 65 giant wooden projects have been realized, ranging from prefabricated plywood houses to computer-controlled laminated wood grid shells.
