Mobile Suit Gundam Char of the Counterattack Fan Club (Reprint)

The coterie magazine “Mobile Suit Gundam Char of the Counterattack Fan Club ” published at the end of 1993 has been reprinted as a commercial publication.

The magazine was planned, published, and edited by Hideaki Anno, known as the director and general director of the “Evangelion” series and “Shin Godzilla”. The “Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack Friends Group” produced this book with the aim of verifying and summarizing “Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack” through interviews and contributions.

Although it is a coterie magazine, it features a distinguished lineup, including Hideaki Anno, who participated in the interviews. This is an interesting book for fans as it discusses “Mobile Suit Gundam: Char of the Counterattack” from a variety of angles.

The reprinting process was conducted in a manner that faithfully reproduced the original fanzine, but with slight modifications to the design and text. Some of the illustrations and portraits are missing, and scans of the original doujinshi were used, so there are some differences from the original doujinshi.
